Product Availability & Back Order Policy
We make every effort to ensure that we always have the products you need, when you need them. However, occasionally, an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, be assured that every reasonable effort will be made to quickly fill your order.
Unless otherwise notified, Tulsa Dental will immediately ship all items in-stock at the time we receive your order. Any items which are currently out-of-stock will be backordered and shipped to you as soon as they as available. In the U.S. and Canada, credit card customers will not be billed shipping charges for backordered products.
If you are unsure of your Tulsa Dental account status regarding backorder shipments, send an e-mail with our account number to our Customer Service department.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Tulsa Dental.
