How do I place an order online?
We have made every effort to make it as easy as possible for you to order online. When shopping online, simply add an item from any product page to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Shopping Cart icon. This will take you to a screen that shows you what you have in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, follow the on-screen directions to check out.

I am not currently a Tulsa Dental customer. Can I place an order online?
It is easy to open an account with Tulsa Dental and become an online customer. Just fill out the "
New Customer Account Form". Upon confirmation of the information, your account will be set up and you will receive an e-mail back with your account number and password. Once you receive this information, you are ready to shop online! If your dental practice is located outside the U.S. or Canada, you may be referred to a distributor who carries our products in your country.

What credit cards do you accept?
You can pay for your order using any of the following credit cards; Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

What should I expect to happen once I place an order online?
Once you have completed the order process, you will receive a confirmation number on screen along with a confirmation e-mail.

After I place an order online, how long will it take to receive the order?
In stock items will be shipped within 48 business hours and will arrive in approximately 3-7 days.

What if I want to fax in my order?
You are more than welcome to fax us your order. Simply complete the Shopping Cart order form. Then print it out and fax it to us at 1-800-597-2779. You may also call your order in to 1-800-662-1202.

How do your shopping carts work?
Shopping carts are designed to keep track of the things you would like to buy. When you see an item you are thinking about buying, click on the Add to Shopping Cart icon. This action will place items in your shopping cart for you to keep track of until you are ready to check out. You can review your shopping cart and make changes at any time before checking out.

How do I remove something from my shopping cart?
You can remove an item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to "0". Then press the "Recalculate" icon. Your new total will now be displayed.

My practice is not located in the United States or Canada. Can I order through your website and ship it directly here?
If you are currently a Tulsa Dental international customer, yes you can. All prices are in US dollars. Additional shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. All customs charges and duty charges are the recipient's responsibility. If you do not currently have an account with Tulsa Dental, fill out the
New Customer Account form. Outside the U.S. and Canada, we distribute our products through other companies in many countries. We will direct you to the distributor from whom you can buy our products, or if no distributor exists for your country or product needs, we will gladly set you up with an account.

What is your return policy and can I return something I bought online?
Yes. Tulsa Dental stands behind its 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of being invoiced for your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation and instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to our

I am new to the Internet and am hesitant to place an order online. Could I prepare my order and fax or call it in to your 800 number.

What are your office hours?
Our phones are staffed Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Orders may be faxed anytime to 1-800-597-2779. And, remember, you can order from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Do any of your products carry warranties?
All of the endodontic motors and equipment as well as the obturator ovens sold by Tulsa Dental come with a limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer.

Can I get more information about the products described in your catalog?
Yes and it's easy. Click on any of the products in the catalog to link to get more product information. MSDS sheets, DFU's, maintenance instructions are available as PDF files in our
"Literature and Price Lists" area. There you can then view this information online, and, if desired, download and print it out for a hard copy.
